If you have never used an AI-powered vending machine, the process can feel unfamiliar the first time. Once you understand what is happening behind the scenes, it makes a lot of sense.
Step One, Tap Your Card
Vielo machines are cashless only. You tap a credit card, debit card, or a supported mobile wallet at the reader, and the door unlocks.
Step Two, Take What You Want

Step Three, Close the Door
Cameras inside the machine track exactly which products were removed from which shelf. When you close the door, the system matches what was taken against the machine’s product map and charges your card for the correct items automatically.
