a. Information You Provide
When you request a free installation, contact us, or fill out a form on our website, we may collect:

Your property or business name and address
Details about your building or space (e.g. type of location, estimated foot traffic)
b. Transaction Information
When you purchase a product from a Vielo machine, our AI vision system identifies the item(s) you take and our payment processor handles your payment. We do not store your full card number; payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment processor.
c. Machine and Camera Data
Vielo machines use built-in AI vision cameras to detect which products are removed from the machine so that the correct charge can be applied. These cameras are focused on the product shelves and are used solely to identify products for billing and to monitor inventory and machine security. Camera footage and product-recognition data are retained only as long as necessary for transaction accuracy, fraud prevention, and inventory management, and are not used for facial recognition or to identify individual customers.
d. Website Usage Data
We automatically collect limited information about how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed and general browsing activity, using standard analytics tools and cookies.

We use the information we collect to:
Evaluate and respond to installation requests from property and business owners
